The Colorado Palestine Coalition is not an organization itself, but rather a collection of Palestine solidarity organizations in Colorado.

As of February 2024, the Coalition is composed of:

Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) - Denver

DSA Denver is a chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America, the largest socialist organization in the USA. Our members are building progressive movements for social change in Denver while establishing an openly democratic socialist presence in the Mile High City. Democratic socialists believe that both the economy and society should be run democratically—to meet public needs, not to make profits for a few.

Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) - Denver/Boulder

Jewish Voice for Peace is the largest progressive Jewish anti-Zionist organization in the world. We’re organizing a grassroots, multiracial, cross-class, intergenerational movement of U.S. Jews into solidarity with the Palestinian freedom struggle, guided by a vision of justice, equality, and dignity for all people. If you’ve been looking for a political home for Jews on the left in this perilous moment; if you’ve been wanting a Jewish community with justice at the center; if you’ve been looking to turn your rage and grief into meaningful, strategic action: Join us. You belong here.

Friends of Sabeel (FOS) - Colorado

We Are a Christian Voice for Palestine. Friends of Sabeel North America (FOSNA) is a nonprofit Christian ecumenical organization seeking justice and peace in the Holy Land through education, advocacy, and nonviolent action. FOSNA promotes the vision of Sabeel Jerusalem within the United States, joining Friends of Sabeel chapters around the world.

Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) - CU Boulder, Colorado College, Colorado State University, University of Denver (WIP)

We promote an agenda grounded in freedom, solidarity, equality, safety, and historical justice, and we seek to elevate the student movement for Palestinian liberation to a higher level of political engagement. We aim to develop a connected, disciplined movement that is equipped with the tools necessary to contribute to the fight for Palestinian liberation. We are a vast and diverse network of students, and our core values unite us as we carry on the fight for Palestinian liberation. National SJP upholds fifteen Shared Principles and Values, which were developed alongside local chapters and movement partners. We seek a political framework that addresses collective liberation from Palestine to the Rio Grande. We believe the struggle for a free Palestine is also the struggle for Black liberation, gender and sexual freedom, and a livable and sustainable planet. All pursuits for freedom, justice, and equality are materially connected and require us to struggle against state violence, colonialism, capitalism, and imperialism, in all of their forms.

Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) - Denver

Students for a Democratic Society is a national, multi-issue, progressive student organization with over 40 chapters all across the United States. We stand against US wars and intervention, racist discrimination, police crimes, homophobic and transphobic attacks, attacks on women, attacks on reproductive rights, and much, much more.We were refounded in 2006 after protests against the US invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan, by students who were inspired by the powerful anti-war movement built by Students for a Democratic Society in the 1960's and 1970's.We host protests and other direct actions on campuses to show students that they have the power to win policies for a better campus and to move society as a whole in defense of progressive social movements.Join the fight! Dare to struggle, dare to win!

Palestinian Youth Movement (PYM) - Denver (WIP)

Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO) - Denver

Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO) is a national organization of revolutionaries fighting for socialism in the United States. FRSO members are rooted in the mass movements for justice, particularly in the labor movement and the movements of oppressed nations and nationalities– especially African-Americans and Chicanos. We are also active in the immigrant rights, anti-war, student and youth movements. We are organizing the united front against monopoly capitalism — with the strategic alliance of the multinational working class and oppressed nationality movements at its core. FRSO is recruiting and building towards the creation of a new Communist Party based on Marxism-Leninism. This is necessary to lead the way to socialism and liberation.

Colorado Center for Freedom & Justice:

CFJ Colorado's mission is to raise the public's awareness of Beit Ummar, a West Bank Palestinian town with a population of 20,000. Nestled in Areas B and C, surrounded by illegal Israeli settlements, and under the control of the Israeli military, Beit Ummar is a microcosm of rural Palestinian life. By educating the public about the Israeli occupation, we seek to end it.

Shades of Honey:

Shades of Honey seeks to create space, place, and voice for Black, Brown, and Indigenous folks in the broader Denver Community. Through the “people’s mic”, Shades pulls on the long tradition of the Beat Scene and other Black artistic movements to foster an environment of healing, expression, resistance, and radical joy. We utilize different artistic mediums to materially support the struggles of all people that are being oppressed.

Colorado May Day Club

The May Day Club is the representative, in Colorado and Wyoming, of the Communist Party USA.  We are part of a district encompassing Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah.  The CPUSA is a Marxist-Leninist party that has been on the front lines of revolutionary struggles to build socialism, liberate peoples from imperialism, and energize social justice struggles (labor, women, LGBTQIA+, for racial justice, for indigenous peoples, for climate justice, and more) since 1919.  After aberrations when the Zionist entity was formed, CPUSA has stood steadfastly with the Palestinian struggle. The May Day Club has no doubt that any Communist Party worthy of the name must stand unequivocally with Palestinian liberation.

Shoes Off Collective:

Vision: We envision a world in which all peoples and our more than human kin are free from collective violence and have the necessary conditions for healing of collective trauma, in which everyone has self-determination and autonomy, and access to joy and deep well-being.

Mission: Shoes Off Collective is a network of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islanders organizing in solidarity with local and global decolonial movements for lasting liberation and self-determination, understanding that our struggles are interconnected. We are committed to interrupting and dismantling racism, including anti-Black racism and colorism, in our own AANHPI communities and beyond. We are guided by the communities most impacted with mutual respect for diverse cultures and perspectives.
